  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Cooking Instructions
  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then add chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring constantly, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
