  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped fresh dill.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the feta is lightly golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture. Serve with a side of warm pita bread or a fresh green salad.
