Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Seasoning & Baking
  1. Drizzle olive oil over each salmon fillet, ensuring an even coating.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkle this seasoning blend over the salmon.
  3. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet, then bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 15 minutes before baking. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
