Preparation
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips or small cubes.
- In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the sweet chili sauce mixture over the cooked chicken, stirring to coat evenly; cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Assembly
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Divide the cooked chicken mixture among the warmed tortillas, then top each with shredded lettuce and carrots.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. These wraps are also great with diced bell peppers or cucumber.
