Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While the bread toasts, gently tear the burrata into smaller pieces and chop the tomatoes and fresh basil.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes and basil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
  1. Once the toasted baguette slices are ready, spoon the tomato and basil mixture evenly over each slice.
