Preparation

Filling
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
- Stir in the pecans, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the filling.
Assembly and Baking
- Pour the pecan mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the center is just set and the crust is golden brown. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean.
- If the crust begins to brown too quickly, you can cover the edges with aluminum foil.
Cooling
