  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
Coconut Pudding Layer
  • 2 packages instant coconut cream pudding mix 3.4 oz each
  • 3 cups milk
Topping
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 0.25 cup toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Crust
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust.
Cream Cheese Layer

Coconut Pudding Layer & Topping
  1. Whisk together instant coconut cream pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens, then pour it over the cream cheese layer and chill for at least 4 hours before topping with the remaining whipped topping and toasted coconut flakes for garnish.
