Crust
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust.
Cream Cheese Layer
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 8 oz of whipped topping and spread this mixture evenly over the Graham cracker crust.
Coconut Pudding Layer & Topping
- Whisk together instant coconut cream pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens, then pour it over the cream cheese layer and chill for at least 4 hours before topping with the remaining whipped topping and toasted coconut flakes for garnish.
Notes
For best results, make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother layer. Adjust sweetness to your preference in the cream cheese layer.
