Method
 

Growing Watermelon
  1. Plant watermelon seeds in well-draining soil mixed with compost, ensuring they receive plenty of sunlight and consistent watering.
  2. Allow the watermelons to grow and ripen on the vine for approximately 60-90 days, or until they sound hollow when tapped and the tendril nearest the stem is dry.
Prepare the Salad
  1. Once harvested, chill the watermelon, then cut it into bite-sized cubes and crumble feta cheese over it.
  2. Finely chop fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them over the watermelon and feta.
Assemble and Serve
