Cooking in Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd it. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until golden brown and crispy with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- Remove the cooked wings from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure the wings are thoroughly dry before seasoning. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this can steam the wings instead of crisping them. You can adjust the seasonings to your preference or add a dash of cayenne for some heat.
