Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. Adjust the sriracha to your preferred spice level. You can also add a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving for added flavor and texture.
