Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined with a spoon.
- Stir in the drained chopped clams, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Fold in the fresh chopped parsley. Taste the dip and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more garlic powder, onion powder, or a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
Serving
- Transfer the clam dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with your favorite potato chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For best results, allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld. You can also add a dash of hot sauce for a little kick.
