Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt, then set aside.

Cooking
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the waffle batter until fully incorporated.

- Pour about 1/2 cup of batter per waffle onto the hot iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the dry ingredients. Ensure your milk is warm (not hot) to activate the yeast without killing it. For perfect crispy waffles, do not open the waffle iron too early while cooking.
