  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can grands biscuits 8 counts
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and flatten each biscuit into a disc.
  4. Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch them closed to form a ball. Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the tops of the buffalo chicken bombs with the garlic butter mixture.

Notes

For extra spice, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
