Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Open the can of biscuits and flatten each biscuit into a disc.
- Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch them closed to form a ball. Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and garlic powder.
- Brush the tops of the buffalo chicken bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
Notes
For extra spice, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
