  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the drained chickpeas very dry with a paper towel to ensure crispiness.
  2. In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.

Notes

Experiment with different spices like cumin, chili powder, or curry powder for flavor variations. Store leftover crispy chickpeas in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. They may lose some crispiness over time.
