Rhubarb Crumble Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and flour, then spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the rhubarb and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
