Rhubarb Crumble Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and flour, then spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the rhubarb and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
