Preparation
- Start by preparing your honey mustard sauce. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
- Assemble the sliders by separating the slider buns. Spread a thin layer of the honey mustard sauce on both the top and bottom halves of each bun.
- Layer the cooked shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, a lettuce leaf, and a tomato slice onto the bottom half of each bun. Place the top bun back on.
Bake
- Arrange the assembled sliders on a baking sheet. You can optionally brush the tops of the slider buns with a little melted butter for extra golden-brown perfection.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the buns are lightly toasted and the sliders are warmed through.
Notes
Feel free to customize these sliders with your favorite cheese or a different type of bun. For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the honey mustard sauce.
