Preparation
  1. Slice the beef sirloin thinly and set aside.

Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch to create the stir-fry sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the hot pan and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add the prepared vegetables and continue to stir-fry until they are crisp-tender.
  5. Pour the stir-fry sauce over the beef and vegetables, then cook and stir until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
