Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until well mixed.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into your baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and melted, with a slightly golden brown crust.
- Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping. This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated; simply cover and refrigerate, then bake until warmed through.
