  • 2-4 tablespoons water or as needed to reach desired consistency
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Combine tahini, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more salt or lemon juice to your preference.
  4. Serve immediately over your favorite salad or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

This dressing is also great as a dip for vegetables or a sauce for falafel. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
