  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups rhubarb stalks, finely diced

Method
 

Streusel Topping

Coffee Cake
