  • 1 lb Mushrooms Such as cremini or button, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a damp cloth or paper towel, then slice them evenly.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, ensuring it covers the bottom of the pan.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  5. Season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the fresh parsley.
  6. Serve the sautéed mushrooms immediately as a side dish or appetizer.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a splash of white wine or a dash of balsamic vinegar after the mushrooms have browned, just before adding the garlic.
