  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Cooking Steps
  1. Season chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then cook them in a large skillet with olive oil until browned and cooked through.
  2. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet, dice it, and set it aside; meanwhile, cook the fettuccine according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and diced red bell pepper until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, chicken broth, and grated Parmesan cheese, bringing the mixture to a simmer and cooking until the sauce slightly thickens.
  5. Return the diced chicken and cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing everything to coat evenly with the creamy Cajun sauce, then serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper with the Cajun seasoning. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
