Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
  2. Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente; then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
  5. Pour in white wine or chicken broth and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese, and cooked linguine, tossing to combine.
  7. Transfer the pasta mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Notes
