  • 8 cups water
  • 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 1.5 lbs small red potatoes, halved
  • 4 corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, bring water, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon halves to a rolling boil.
  2. Add potatoes to the boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Stir in the corn and cook for another 3-5 minutes, allowing it to become tender-crisp.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for just 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Carefully drain the shrimp boil mixture and discard the lemon halves.
  6. Transfer the shrimp, potatoes, and corn to a large serving platter or individual bowls.
  7. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a touch of hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the boiling water. Adjust seasoning to your preference.
