  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Marinade (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

Preparation
  1. If marinating, cut chicken breasts into strips and combine with soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder; let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, then shred or slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce until fully coated.
Assembly
  1. Warm tortillas slightly for flexibility.
  2. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute shredded lettuce, carrots, and red bell pepper on each.
  3. Add the sweet chili chicken mixture onto the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  5. Fold and wrap each tortilla tightly.
