Preparation
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt.
- Add half of the berries on top of the granola.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your high-protein parfait.
Notes
For an extra boost of protein, you can add a scoop of protein powder to the Greek yogurt. Feel free to customize with your favorite fruits and nuts.
