Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Cooking

Notes

For extra fluffy waffles, separate the egg whites and whip them to stiff peaks, then fold them into the batter at the very end.
