  • 4 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Fresh Parsley chopped

Cooking Steps
  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat; add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Drain the cooked spaghetti, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  4. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the garlic and oil, tossing to combine. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a light sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes. You can also toast some breadcrumbs in a separate pan and sprinkle them over the finished dish for added texture.
