  • 4 cups Watermelon cubed
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint chopped

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • pinch Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the ingredients by dicing the watermelon into bite-sized pieces, crumbling the feta cheese, and finely chopping the fresh mint.
Combine
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, crumbled feta, and chopped mint along with the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Serve
  1. Gently toss all ingredients together to combine evenly, then serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
