For all cold brew recipes:
- Combine coffee grounds and cold water in a large pitcher or jar.
For Vanilla Cold Brew:
- Add vanilla extract to the coffee and water mixture.
For Caramel Cold Brew:
- Stir in caramel sauce with the coffee and water mixture.
General Instructions:
- Stir well to ensure all grounds are saturated, then cover the container.
- Refrigerate for 12-18 hours to allow the coffee to steep.
- Strain the cold brew concentrate through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Serve the cold brew concentrate over ice, diluted with water or milk to taste.
Notes
Adjust coffee-to-water ratio to your preference for a stronger or milder brew. Cold brew concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
