Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper; mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a thin flatbread shape, about 6-8 inches in diameter.
  4. Optional: Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

  1. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with optional lemon juice, olive oil, and dried oregano.
  2. Warm the chicken mixture in a small pan or microwave until heated through.

Notes
