flatbread
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper; mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a thin flatbread shape, about 6-8 inches in diameter.
- Optional: Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with optional lemon juice, olive oil, and dried oregano.
