Apple Cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Apple
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
Peanut Butter Banana
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 0.25 cup Mashed Banana
  • 1 tsp Honey
Mixed Berry
  • 0.5 cup Mixed Berries
  • 0.5 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Honey
Toppings (Optional)
  • Nuts for crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. For each jar, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; stir well.
  2. For the Apple Cinnamon oats, add chopped apple and cinnamon to one jar and stir.
  3. For the Peanut Butter Banana oats, add peanut butter, mashed banana, and honey to another jar and stir.
  4. For the Mixed Berry oats, add mixed berries, lemon zest, and honey to the third jar and stir.
Refrigeration
  1. Cover each jar tightly with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. Before serving, give the oats a good stir and add any desired toppings like nuts or seeds.
