Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Seasoning & Baking
- Brush both sides of the tilapia fillets with olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the fish.
- Place the seasoned fillets in the prepared baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Serve the baked tilapia immediately with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
