  • 3 Tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Seasoning & Baking
  1. Brush both sides of the tilapia fillets with olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the fish.
  3. Place the seasoned fillets in the prepared baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
