  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or other sweetener

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation
  1. In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, pumpkin puree, milk, and maple syrup. Stir everything together until well combined.
  2. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing the chia seeds to swell.
Serving
  1. Before serving, give the pudding a good stir. Add a pinch of cinnamon and any desired toppings like nuts.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to your liking. For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds; for a thinner consistency, add more milk.
