  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and smooth.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
