Crispy Chicken Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy.
- In a shallow dish, dredge the chicken thighs in all-purpose flour, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the floured chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Arrange the seared chicken in a single layer in the skillet and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously over the chicken.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the feta-topped chicken, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the feta is slightly golden and bubbly. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can broil the chicken for the last few minutes, keeping a close eye on it to prevent burning. Adjust the amount of hot honey to your preferred level of spice and sweetness.
