Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the wings from the oven and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
Finishing
  1. Return the wings to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. You can also adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your liking.
