- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and water to create the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- Add broccoli and carrots to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the stir-fry sauce over the beef and vegetables. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats everything, about 1-2 minutes.
