Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar, mixing until a crumbly dough forms.
Assembly and Baking
- Press half of the oat mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan to form the base.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped pecans over the condensed milk layer.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top of the chocolate and nuts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
Cooling and Serving
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
- Serve and enjoy these delicious "Knock You Naked" Bars.
Notes
For an extra touch, you can lightly toast the pecans before adding them to enhance their flavor. These bars are quite rich, so smaller servings are recommended. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
