Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and cooked through.
  2. Drain any excess fat, then stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  3. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
