  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice bok choy, then slice mushrooms, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a small bowl for the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they become tender and lightly browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until it wilts but still remains crisp.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat everything thoroughly.
  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Serving
  1. Transfer the stir-fry to serving plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
  2. Serve immediately with rice or noodles if desired.

Notes

Adjust soy sauce to taste for desired saltiness. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic and ginger.
