  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender, then drain any excess fat.
  3. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, baking mix, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef mixture in the pie plate.
Bake and Serve
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top during the last 5 minutes of baking, allowing it to melt.
