  • 500 g Beef brisket
  • 1 medium Radish
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 6 cups Water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the beef brisket into thin pieces and dice the radish into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Mince the garlic and chop the green onions into small rings.
Cooking
  1. In a large pot, add sesame oil and sauté the beef brisket until browned.
  2. Add the radish and minced garlic, then continue to sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and black pepper, then garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a dash of red pepper flakes for a spicier kick. Serve hot with a side of rice.
