Preparation
- Slice the beef brisket into thin pieces and dice the radish into bite-sized cubes.
- Mince the garlic and chop the green onions into small rings.
Cooking
- In a large pot, add sesame oil and sauté the beef brisket until browned.
- Add the radish and minced garlic, then continue to sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and black pepper, then garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
