Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Black pepper pinch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop broccoli into small florets, then finely dice the red onion.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the prepared broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds to the bowl with the dressing.
  2. Toss all ingredients together until well coated. Serve immediately or chill for optimal flavor.

Notes
