  • 2 Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1.5 cups Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Tongs

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  6. Add the cooked chicken and drained fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the Alfredo sauce. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the Alfredo sauce. Fresh parsley makes a great garnish. Make sure to reserve some pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
