  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. Combine sliced cucumbers and red onion in a medium bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture.

Notes
