Preparation

- In a large bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Cooking
- Add the broccoli florets to the bowl with the sauce and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly caramelized.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving for added flavor and texture.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can broil the broccoli for the last 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning. Adjust the amount of gochujang to your preferred spice level.
