Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, then slice the cremini mushrooms.
Sautéing
  1. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet, then add cauliflower and mushrooms to sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender and browned.
Garlic Infusion
  1. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute until the garlic is fragrant.
Roasting
  1. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
