Start with the chicken
- Cook the chicken breast in a skillet until fully cooked, then shred or dice it.
Prepare the sauce
- In the same skillet, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme, stirring until smooth and heated through.
Add vegetables and gnocchi
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and gnocchi, simmering for 5-7 minutes until the gnocchi are tender and sauce has thickened.
Combine and serve

Notes
