Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and bell peppers and onion into similar-sized strips.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with fajita seasoning and olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the same skillet, adding a little more oil if needed. Sauté for 5-8 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables and toss to combine, heating through for another minute.
Serving
  1. Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
  2. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the fajita seasoning. You can also marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to an hour for deeper flavor, though it's not strictly necessary for a quick preparation.
